Return & Refund Policy

At YummySexShop, we want you to shop with confidence. Because many of the products we sell are intimate or personal-use items, certain products are subject to special return restrictions for health, hygiene, and safety reasons.

Please review this Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

To request a return, please contact YummySexShop within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for consideration for a return, an item must generally be:

Unused and unworn
In its original condition
In its original packaging
Unopened where the product has sealed packaging or a hygiene seal
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Do not send a product back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

2. Intimate and Personal-Use Products

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, intimate or personal-use products generally cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, used, worn, or removed from sealed or hygienic packaging, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective or was supplied incorrectly.

This may include products such as intimate toys, personal massagers, lingerie or intimate apparel, lubricants, condoms, personal-care products, and other products intended for intimate or personal use.

Please inspect product descriptions and sizing information carefully before purchasing.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, appears defective, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Include:

Your order number
Your name and email address
A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the product and packaging where appropriate

Please do not discard the product or packaging until we have reviewed your request.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide troubleshooting assistance, a replacement, store credit, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Subject to applicable law, items that generally cannot be returned include:

Opened or used intimate products
Products with broken or removed hygiene seals
Opened lubricants, lotions, oils, condoms, or other consumable/personal-care products
Intimate apparel that has been worn or removed from qualifying hygienic packaging
Items damaged through misuse, improper handling, modification, or failure to follow product instructions
Gift cards, if offered
Final-sale or clearance items where clearly identified as non-returnable before purchase, except where required by law

5. Return Authorization

All returns must be authorized by YummySexShop before being shipped back.

If the return is approved, we will provide instructions regarding where and how the item should be returned.

Products returned without authorization may not be accepted or processed.

6. Return Shipping

Unless an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged on arrival, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise eligible for seller-paid return shipping under applicable law, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund relates to an error by YummySexShop or applicable law requires otherwise.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for authorized returns where appropriate. YummySexShop cannot guarantee receipt of a return package that cannot be tracked.

7. Inspection of Returns

Returned products may be inspected after they are received.

If an item does not meet the applicable return conditions—for example, if it has been opened, used, worn, damaged, or had a hygiene seal removed—the return may be declined, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.

8. Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the outcome of your refund request.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method where possible.

After a refund has been processed by YummySexShop, additional time may be required for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to post the funds to your account.

9. Exchanges

Because of the hygienic nature of many products sold by YummySexShop, direct exchanges may not always be available.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us so we can determine the appropriate resolution.

10. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at yummysexshop@gmail.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but an order cannot always be cancelled once it has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

If an order has already shipped, the applicable return conditions in this policy will apply.

11. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect a shipment, or other delivery issue may be subject to shipping and handling costs actually incurred, where permitted by applicable law.

Any refund eligibility will be assessed after the returned shipment is received and reviewed.

12. Manufacturer Warranties

Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Where applicable, warranty claims may be handled by the manufacturer or supplier according to their warranty terms.

13. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or override rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

If there is a conflict between this policy and a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable legal requirement will govern.
